How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2-4 business days.
Where do you deliver?
We currently ship within Lebanon only, with plans to expand to additional countries soon.
What happens if i am unavailable at the time of delivery?
If the courier is unable to reach you at the time of delivery, they may attempt a re-delivery or contact you to reschedule, depending on the courier’s policy.

Can i change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we strive to process it quickly to ensure timely delivery. However, if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
What if i forgot to apply discount code?
If you forget to apply a discount code during checkout, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to apply the discount for you.
What should i do if i receive damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and details of the issue. What should i do if I entered incorrect order details?
If you notice an error in your order details (address, phone number, or items), please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes only if the order has not yet been shipped.
